Can I use Enoch File on different Google Drive accounts?

An Enoch File subscription is tied to a single Google account, so you’ll need a separate subscription for each Google account you want to use with the app. If you have both a personal and a work Google account, for example, running Enoch File on both means two subscriptions.

That said, if the reason you’re asking is one of the two most common scenarios — wanting to consolidate files that live under multiple Google accounts, or wanting to share files with someone on a different account — Enoch File has features that cover both without needing a second subscription.

Bringing files in from another Google account

If your goal is to gather documents from multiple Google Drives into a single Enoch File cabinet, use the Google Drive import tool. During an import, Google prompts you to sign in to whichever account holds the files you want to bring over, and the tool copies those files into your Enoch File account. Sharing files with someone on a different account

If your goal is to let someone else — a family member, an accountant, an assistant — see specific files without giving them access to your whole Enoch File, use the built-in sharing feature.
