  • How to email a file to your file cabinet
Premium members are eligible to create a unique Enoch File email address. When you receive a receipt, invoice, or important document in your regular email, simply forward it to that address. Our system automatically processes the attachment and places it into your "Unfiled" drawer, ready for you to file in its proper place the next time you log in. Be advised that ONLY attachments will be saved in Enoch File. If the message you receive has multiple attachments, they will be saved in a folder inFew readers
  • Missing emails and how to find them
All files emailed to Enoch are held in the "Unfiled" drawer. Access it through the Utility Menu by clicking "Review Emailed Files." Then use the move function to move documents or folders to their storage destination. If the file is missing, a few things could have happened: The file may have been too large for email delivery (most mail servers have size limits). If you sent a message with no attachment, there's nothing for Enoch to receive. Try running Reindex & Clean Up froFew readers

  • How come I cannot email this video to Enoch File?
Most mail servers — including ours — have file size limits, and videos tend to be very large — often too large. If your video exceeds those limits, you'll need to upload it directly instead. On your computer: Navigate to the drawer or folder where you want the video, then click "Add or Drag Files" and select the video from your hard drive. On your phone: Open Enoch File in your browser, navigate to the right drawer or folder, tap the Add button, and select the video from your camerFew readers
  • Where can I find my Enoch File inbound email address?
Open the Utility Menu. If you have never emailed documents to your account, look for "Email-In Address." This is where you can generate your personal inbound email address. If you've already generated an address but don't recall it, you'll find it here as well. We recommend saving it to your contacts. Then, when you're ready to forward a file, just type "Enoch" in the "To" field andFew readers
  • Why does sending files by email sometimes seem to take a while?
For the same reason it takes a while to add multiple large attachments in Gmail or another email system. A single small PDF will send in under a second. But if you're sending seven high-resolution images at 1.8 MB each, it takes longer for the files to reach the mail server. Please note the outbound email limits: you can send up to 10 files at a time and/or up to approximately 2Few readers
