Missing emails and how to find them

All files emailed to Enoch are held in the "Unfiled" drawer. Access it through the Utility Menu by clicking "Review Emailed Files." Then use the move function to move documents or folders to their storage destination.

If the file is missing, a few things could have happened:

• The file may have been too large for email delivery (most mail servers have size limits).
• If you sent a message with no attachment, there's nothing for Enoch to receive.
• Try running Reindex & Clean Up from the Utility Menu to check for misplaced files.
