Why can't I delete a folder or drawer and all the files it contains?
We limit bulk deletion for several important reasons:
Safety first: Some users have cabinets with thousands of files. One false click, and without our limits, that data is gone. You may find these limits restrictive now, but the day your finger slips or a child grabs your tablet, you'll be grateful for them.
Preservation is our purpose: If something was important enough to store in Enoch File, think twice before deleting it. We recommend archiving old data instead of trashing it. Archiving keeps it out of sight but not gone forever.
You can still delete efficiently: The bulk delete function lets you trash up to 50 files at a time. You can delete folders, drawers, and cabinets once they're empty — meaning you've archived, moved, or deleted their contents first. We want your deletions to be intentional, not accidental.
