How to recover a deleted file or folder

Although we have designed in some fail safes to help prevent accidental deletions, sometimes they happen.

If you trashed a file in Enoch File, it goes to your Google Drive's trash. Google keeps trashed files for 30 days before permanently deleting them.

To recover it: Open Google Drive (drive.google.com). You must log in with the same Google Account you use for accessing Enoch File. Click "Trash" in the left sidebar, find the file, right-click it, and select "Restore." Once restored in Google Drive, run Reindex & Clean Up in Enoch File to bring the file back into your cabinet. You may need to move it to its prior location as that data is often lost.

Important: Act within 30 days. After that, Google permanently deletes trashed files and they cannot be recovered.
