Resolving "Access denied" or Google authentication errors.
This usually means your Google session has expired or your browser is blocking the authentication cookies. In general, if you can log into Gmail using the same device and browser, you should be able to log into Enoch File.
Try these steps:
- Log out of Enoch File completely, then log back in.
- If you recently changed your Google password, you'll need to re-authenticate.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies for enochfile.com.
- Make sure third-party cookies are not being blocked for our domains.
- Try using an incognito/private browser window as a test — if it works there, a browser extension is likely the issue.
- Try logging in on another device. If that works, then the problem is specific to your original device. Consider changing browsers, whitelisting us with your security software, or disabling any browser extensions that might be interfering.
