Everything is blank or all my drawers disappeared

We know seeing a blank screen can be alarming, but the good news is that as long as you haven't deleted or been locked out of your Google Account, your files are secure — you just can't see them. This is almost always a communications issue, not a missing data problem.

The Quick Fix: Exit the app by clicking the ⊗ icon (circle-X) on the top right or selecting Exit from the Utility Menu. From the login screen, hold down Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) and press F5. This performs a "hard refresh" that clears your cache and forces the app to load fresh data. When you log back in, your cabinets and drawers should once again be visible.

If the hard refresh doesn't work, check these common culprits:

Browser extensions: Security extensions, ad blockers, privacy extensions, and cookie blockers can interfere with Enoch File. Try accessing the app in a different browser. If it works there, the problem is an extension. Disable extensions one at a time to identify the culprit. We recommend whitelisting enochfile.com and enochworx.com.

VPN, virus checker, or security software: Overly aggressive security tools can block Enoch File's communication with Google Drive. Whitelist our domains in your security software.

If you cannot access your data on _any _device, contact us. Enoch File does not delete drawers or files unless they are empty, and it limits you to trashing 50 files at a time, so your data should still be safe. However, we cannot prevent someone from going into your Google Drive directly and deleting files there. Google purges trashed files after 30 days, so if you suspect this happened, contact support immediately.
