What is the difference between trash and archive?
The trash icon deletes files, folders, drawers, or cabinets. The Archive stores them out of sight to help de-clutter your cabinets and drawers — like packing old files into a box and storing it in the attic.
Documents sent to the trash will be gone for good in 30 days. To prevent accidental deletions, cabinets, drawers and folders must be empty prior to deletion. While you can select and delete multiple files at one time, the maximum number of files that can be deleted at once is limited to 50.
Archived documents are hidden and won't be found in search. However, they can be viewed anytime using the "View Archive" link in the Utility Menu . You can also search for files in the archive, but only when you are in the archive.
Archiving is a premium feature and is not available in the free subscription. Visit https://enochworx.com/admin to upgrade.

We strongly recommend archiving instead of trashing. If it was important enough to store, it's probably worth keeping. It is also faster to archive an entire drawer than it is to delete the individual files and then delete the drawer itself.
